This is my final Christmas tree suggestions blog. I hope you and your family might be inspired to try something a little different this year. I know Gracie and I will be starting some of our own “siblings” traditions this year. Enjoy and happy memory making!!!
Princess or Dress-up Tree: Okay, as a girl, I have to do one for us females. You can use play jewelry to hang as ornaments. Place some princess shoes in between the branches. You could also place some little stuffed animals or Barbie’s dressed up in their princess outfits. You might hang some play teacups and teapot on the branches. You can tie different color ribbons on the branches. For garland use some feather boas or fake pearls on a string. You can purchase several yards of fake pearls at just about any craft store or find them in the craft section at most department stores. This time of year you can find them with the Christmas decorations in many stores and they come in really cool colors such as white, pink, blue, red and green. On top of your tree add your tiara to finalize your masterpiece!
Sports Tree: For all you sports fans, this one is for you! For example, I love tennis so I might take some old tennis balls and glue red ribbon on top to hang the tennis balls with. I could use some of my small trophies to place in between the branches or use my medals to hang as ornaments. I would hang candy canes to fill in the blank spaces. For garland there are some really cute ribbons you can purchase that has all kind of sports on them. With a little imagination you can do this with just about any sport. On top add a star since you are a star athletes.
